We are searching for an Accountant, who will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate payroll processing, maintaining key databases and contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of all accounting processes.
Responsibilities
- Record day-to-date transactions into the accounting software,
- Maintain the database used for payroll processing,
- Execute salary calculation,
- Perform calculations for vacation orders, sick leave bulletins, final settlements, etc.,
- Control employee’s health insurance transactions,
- Maintain database for self-invoices and non-resident tax,
- Issue self-invoices,
- Support the preparation of financial documents, processing of transactions and participation in monthly and annual closing procedures,
- Assist with tax-related tasks when needed.
Must Have
- BA in Finance, Accounting or a related field,
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant field,
- Profound knowledge of accounting principles and conventions,
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Armsoft Accounting 7,
- Basic knowledge of accounting standards,
- Knowledge of tax regulations and the Labor Code,
- Financial analysis skills,
- Ability to work effectively in a team,
- Strong time management skills,
- Good communication skills,
- Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
