We are looking for a CRM Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven CRM campaigns to enhance customer loyalty and maximize engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver targeted promotions and retention initiatives while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns using Back-office tools.
  • Develop and maintain customer segmentation models based on player behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stages.
  • Analyze campaign results, generate actionable insights, and report on CRM performance.
  • Manage bonus mechanics, promotional offers, and customer incentives to maximize retention.
  • Maintain a CRM campaign calendar, ensuring timely execution of promotional events and engagement activities.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Risk Management, Product, and Customer Support teams to improve customer engagement strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize CRM strategies based on data-driven analysis.
  • Continuously analyze player behavior and feedback to improve engagement and customer satisfaction.

Must Have

  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools, Back-office systems, and reporting tools (Excel proficiency required)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
  • Understanding of bonus mechanics, retention strategies, and player lifecycle management
  • High level of accuracy in campaign execution, reporting, and compliance adherence
  • 2+ years of experience in CRM, Retention Marketing, or Customer Engagement (preferably in iGaming)
  • English Level B1 and above
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively communicate with internal stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and customer journey mapping
  • Understanding of responsible gaming regulations and best practices
