The Customer Support Junior Agent is responsible for providing timely customer support, executing transactions accurately, and escalating issues to ensure service quality.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests in a timely and accurate way.
- Utilize applicable systems and programs effectively to complete tasks and meet objectives.
- Execute correct and accurate transactions.
- Define problems clearly and raise concerns when necessar.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse teams and departments to ensure high-quality customer support.
- Report to Team Lead for any glitches in the system.
- Escalate any issues to the proper parties.
Must Have
- TOPIK 1 level in Korean
- Basic (A2) Level of English Proficiency
- Knowledge of product/service/industry
- Knowledge of Korean and Virtual Banking
- Knowledge of White Back Office and AGP
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Accuracy and high standards of work ethics
- Attention to detail
- Logical Thinking
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic Computer Skills
Nice to have
- Previous Experience would be desirable
